Resumen


This article aims to highlight the development of public policies and innovations in the Brazilian education system in 2017, and the adequacy of a progressive strategic plan, according to the alignment of the same ones in the perspective of the continuity of the PT (Workers Party) Government in a critical   and reflective analysis, by adding efforts to increase visibility through the research developed by the author, considering  his participation in debates on the controversial issue of protection of social rights, especially education, in Latin countries, prioritizing Brazil as his center of gravity, safeguarding in contrast, different intercommunicable scenarios with the subject in question.
